Time to start playing with form. This one is a ‘Pantoum’.

When I hold myself up to your light
I feel carved out by envy
Blind to the beauty in my circle
Translucent and magnetic as a moth

I feel. Carved out by envy
I was numb as a frozen forest but now
Translucent and magnetic as a moth
I feel again, even it it is only hunger

I was numb as a frozen forest but now
There are tulips grasping at sun rays
I feel again, even if it is only hunger
for the endless throb of seed and bloom

There are tulips, grasping at sun rays,
Hiding at the corners of my old house
Through the endless throb of seed and bloom
I am looking for forming cracks

Hiding at the corners of my old house
I watch your beautiful shell
I am looking for forming cracks
To hide my petty smallness in

I watch your beautiful shell
shatter with the nova burst of resurrection
Oh, hide my petty smallness
When I hold myself up to your light
